    i'm on 20mg peprazom AGAIN... wala gyud ko ever ni follow sa akong doc nga 3 months ko dapat but now, this will be my first time kay new year naman dili nako gusto mobalik pani kay sos akong throat masunog akong sinus mo-andar... paita gyud sa GERD murag buang daghan kaayo apiktado.

    ako routine ron kay mag malongay tea ko 500ml after waking up then inig b4 bedtime mag peprazom na.

    feel nako okay pud mag butong feel nako maka subside sa acidity naturally... kamo kasuway mo?

    Hi, I've been having GERD for almost 5 years now. Unfortunately, there is no cure for this disease. Though, dili ni life threatening kung dili ka kusog mo inom ug alcohol ug dili pud ka mag sigarilyo.

    mo tukar ra jud ni usahay then inom lang ug omeprazole for 30 days. According sa akong friend na doctor who is now practicing his profession in USA. ingon siya na "acceptance" ra jud daw ang best cure sa GERD then undang ug smoke and drink alcohol moderately ug dili lang pud magpa gutom.

    mas nindut jud mag exercise pirmi para nindut ang imong digestion sa food.

    nakasuway ko sa aftershock ani..... mora ug gitamakan sa elepante ako dughan... that was my first encounter.. in my mind.. patay na kung patay (i was walking at that time)...

    mao ni usa sa ako gihimo for prevention.
    1. dili mokaon daghan
    2. dili mohigda samot na matulog kun busog.
    3. likay nga magutman
    4. likay sa softdrinks, labi pa kun gikan sa gutom.
    5. likay sa coffee... (kusog kaayo mo trigger ni nako)
    6. likayan kanang mga carbonated fruit juice.. ( ka level ni sa coffee, mokutkut jud).

    In my case, kaya ra man ug 150 mg Ranitidine, ( 1 tablet ra ).. naa pa ko daghan reserba.. hehehe
    usahay maapil gud laba sa karsones, kay gibawon lagi kanunay.

    Just sharing my experience. Dugay2x napod ko naay GERD. Naka-try nko og lain2x tambal but akoa gi gamit karon kay YAKULT.
    I am not sure unsay naa sa yakult but I drink 1 in the morning and 1 before going to bed. Then OK nako ana for the entire day. Dli nko maka experience og GERD. Ma trigger lang siya if mo kaon ko sa mga bawal.
    I just stay away from spicy foods, softdrinks, coffee og chocolates.
    I hope maka tabang ni sa uban.

    Best tip is to never skip meal lang jud.

    I take omeprazole and works wonders.

    Avoid oily, sour and spicy foods.

    try diay ko aning yakult though not used to drinking this jud but ill try. hehe
