Need Help: Home Network Monitoring

I am currently maintaining our home network (both connected on a wifi and lan connection). I want to monitor the internet activities of all users on my network. Not to spy on them but just to check kng ang akng mga younger siblings are viewing decent sites.

Althougth my router has a monitoring system, pero igo raman mo hatag sa url na gi-visit. ako akong gusto kay maka monitor sad ko sa other internet application such as Instant messenging (YM and the like...) ug maka communicate ko nila through lan messenger...

Unsa man na program na maka buhat ani na job...

Any suggestion?

set up 1 unit as a proxy server para na-a ka ug logging sa internet activities. or individual gyud nimo installan ug logger all connected computers.

the best ang mga remote control softwares, like Radmin, AnyplaceControl, etc.... ky ka jud maview jud nimo ang ilang monitor. makita jud nimo ang ilang desktop sa imong monitor, pwede pud nimo controlon.

Not to spy on them but just to check kng ang akng mga younger siblings are viewing decent sites.

Well if you really want to monitor or control the use of network in your home, install a proxy but you have to setup one pc as a proxy server and you have to turn it on all the time if you want them to have internet connection any time.

if you want to monitor IM (YM,AIM,GMAIL,etc...), you could do any of this:

- install keylogger, this is the most effective one since it logs all the keyboard press on the computer, it intercept keyboard press from any YM, browser, basicly every press of the keybord, we used this sauna para makawat namo local admin password sa PC sa innodata....(hehehehee.... sorry systems wala naman ko diha...) thou you cant view images that user is viewing..

- install a parental control, blocks the application from running or notifies you if someone is using a ym...

- install a IM sniffer

my suggestion use keylogger or proxy.. ayaw lag saba para dili nila masakpan unya iclose...

Proxy Server - Proxy+ (This is what i used, gaan rakay siya)
Keylogger - Search lang sa google kay naa man gud daghan... carefull lang kay basin trojan... daghan na raba trojan nga keylogger.

for lan messenger naay daghan diha nga mga application or you could make your own like gibuhat nako sa una...

murag kung naka domain ka ma control nimo tanan sa workstation thru security policy...

Mga Bros... ty sa inyo suggestions... reading your comments has made me realize na ignoramos pa gud diay ko about networking... there are so many jargons I dont clearly understand like setting up a proxy serve... wala man ko kibalo ani Any ways ty bro I try to apply all your suggestions step by step... thnks!!!

Reagarding sa keylogger... apil ani ang naka connect throu wifi or adto ra ni applicable sa CPU where keylogger is installed?
