i don't know how true guys... but just over heard this from my office mates who were planning to transfer sa JP. they mentioned something na 24k ang salary... how true? anyone who can justify? if mao ni hala mamalhin na ta hehehe.... bahala na ni akong four years work sa akong gi workan na company... hahaha...

Ning-apply ko sa JP Morgan sa Makati sa una... unfortunately when I was asked for the job exam/interview nakabalik na ko diri sa Cebu. Yep, 20k plus ilang starting salary for agents. Last time I heard it's 23k. Yopak lang kaayo ang calls, grabe daw ka-stress. And I was also told nga they do background checks with your credit history. So beware sa mga utangan (delinquent) sa credit cards, phone bills, etc nga handled by the collections agency na.

im currently working for chase sa lain nga kol center...i dont think its going to be your credit history ang ilang g mean sa background check bec ur credit history has nothing to do with your capacity to work. u may have a very good credit history but u r a lousy employee. it doesnt make sense to me nga ila nang tan awon. besides, in a call center, most employees are very young, they might not have a bill on their own name. yeah, for those interested....u may go to excel asia....nagpatabang ang chase ug hire ug taw nila. i heard its tough to get inside chase. goodluck na lang natong tanan

just to set the record straight...it would be by JANUARY that recruitment will start calling you guyz, so please be patient ok? Agents wont start to be trained, until March...

Those who are to be trained this january are SOM's, TL, Unit Managers and trainers, if you didnt applied and was accepted as one of those then dont expect to get a call...not yet that is.

here are the list of leadership positions that are available, unit managers ( team leaders in other call centers) are already filled up. so you might consider other positions from the ones listed below.

facilities manager
SOM (Site Operations Manager)
Team Leader = Ops Mgr (collections cards)
payroll coordinator -
Team Leader = Ops Mgr (cust svcs) -
Workforce analyst
Workforce Manager

If you are interested to apply for agent position and you dont have any call center experience, just make sure you are a college graduate, or if you are not a college graduate just make sure you have atleast 6 months cc experience.

interesado kaau ko. im currently working sa lain nga kol center, chase sad ang account. ang among concern kay we were told that we have to wait for 6 months after resigning sa current nga kol center before mi maka apply sa chase. is this true?? tungod daw sa non compete claus nga gi pirmahan namo sa current col center

^ true, especially for the big chase opening soon. di ka madawat if you currently work for another center servicing chase.
