they will ask why you fail during the training and what you did.
suggest lang nako nimo to show commitment with jpmc and dili na nimo usbon imong gibuhat with past CCs. immature and not professional man gud to imong gibuhat sauna and of course.
Of course if given the chance to stay and be regularized sa JPMC why would I leave, kanindot ani nga co. The reason I left for 2 months kay wla ko ka.meet sa expectations during my probationary and mejo na.overwhelm ko sa bureaucratic ways sa katong prev. company. It may seem immature to everyone but it's not as if I really planned to fail and bulldoze my career, dbey? Would they find out if I don't declare it sa CV nako and if yes, how?
