work more... u can think a lot of work.. and wen ur are sooooooooo tired.. i can sleep soundly to the fact that I AM TIRED....
talk to somebody u really trust_tell her or him everything u feel..cry it out and shout it out.. it will lighten up the heavy feeling inside.. go out with friends.. meet new people.. pamper yourself_shopping/salon etc..-this will make you feel good.. spend more time with your family-this really helps..u will feel loved and slowly u will regain your strength, then you can face the world again with chin up high..

i always think of happy thoughts..i always imagine myself being happy after i solved a problem and that would make me pump up to think of a solution for my depression in order to achieve that happy image. of course, ice cream would help too..^^v and a nice pen and paper to vent it out thru a poem.
