    at supportsave solution, they will not ask for a T.O.R when you will be working with them as long your good... just state in your resume that you were able to finish 1 year college.

    what if mas dako pa clag potential for the position kysa anang mga "2nd yr college lvl" ppl?
    i mean, kung sa trabaho lng ba...naa gyd clay ikabuga. dli ba ninyo gaan ug chance?

    agree. TOR isnt an assurance tngali nga maayo gyd ang isa ka taw. record ra gud na. we can never tell what lies behind those grades. kung hinago gyd ba o kinopya lng.

    from what i've learned (apply lage lessons s school. hehe)

    tanang qualifications na iset sa companies, dapat modeterminesa job performance sa mangaplayay.
    n ths case, 2nd yr college policy.. dapat naa back up documents ang companies showing na 2nd yr up mao mkaperform ug maayo. can be study showing na wa kaabot ug 2nd yr d mkaperform ug maayo. discriminating mani. if strict lng jud ang law dri s ato, pedi makiha ang company..
