murag mao jud na ang basic requirements sa all call centers dri sa cebu. ako nag apply na ko ug convergys- nahagbong ko sa spelling. sa etelecare - wala cla klaro kay after sa tanang mga interviews and exams nga kina daghanan, giingnan ra ko nga we will just rank you. wa klaro. sa people support kay wa ko ming tunga sa final interview nila kay murag wa ko ganahi kay giingnan na ko daan sa prelimenary interview nga "you are eating your words", hehe wa jud koming tunga sa akong final interview. karon nag apply ko sa teletech, karon ko naka pass sa ilang final interview, and nag medical na ko. nagwait na lang ko ila tawag aron pa reporton. technical support ko.

Say YES to the question, nya perform nalang jud to the best of your abilities once naa naka sa training or sa floor, if they found out that you lied by that time then makita nila imo dedication sa job, I don't think nga moduol sila nimo nga "Sorry Kaloy, you are our top agent but guess what? we just found out that you actually have back subjects based on the TOR you have submitted to us. We apologize for the convenience but you may vacate the premises and pack your belongings from your locker." I don't think they will be like that. Unless mga heartless na lang jud ang mga HR nila.

Sakto jud ka brad , u showed more empathy than the HR. I heads up u for that,.

in fact this is what i did at qualfon . And hope i can do it again , soon il aply back to CC.

if u finished 2nd yr, with a filipino back subject whats the point . reallly, HR r being to uptight and out of place.

I think it's a means of controlling quality. Though HR personnel might want to be flexible sad ui, daghan freshmen diha mas nakamao pa.

i agree with you.. nag cc man gali ko maski la pako kahuman sa 1st year nako .. i did this sa qualfon and some callcenters.. pero theres always that moment na u feel unstable.. coz anytime pwede ka ma taktak.. i lied before na college graduate ko... nakasulod ko.. and i see my wave mates na mga second courser na.. i humbly tell to myself na much better paman ko nila.. pero lahi2x ang people dbah.. you know.. i tell to myself.. kung ako pa ang nagka degree i would seek greener pastures sa other cc company . but cant do it.. im stuck sa cc companies na starters because they are not strict when it comes to TOR's but and disadvantage lang ang uban unstable sad lagi ug mga accounts its like testing101. although this may not apply sa tanan...
