    Yes. https://www.istorya.net/forums/payments.php

Ok, confuse ko. Why man $10 man ang premium member? Nya original fee is 350 pesos ra nya for paypal is $10? Kung e-convert nato ang $10 (US) sa peso is 440 pesos, so magbayad ang taga gawas ug additional 90 pesos. Make sense pud kung apil na sa fee for using PayPal pero dako-a pud oi 90 pesos man ang additional. Unsa man ni nga currency, USD or CAD? Kay kung CAD, barato ug 10 pesos kaysa USD for premium membership.

Ang platinum is 1000 pesos nya sa PayPal is $23. Tag 1,012 pesos if converted from $23 (USD), pero 989 pesos ra if converted from $23 (CAD). Ang CAD barato ug 23 pesos.

Sa duha, nindot e-bayad ug CAD especially for platinum membership.

On requiring valid Philippine gov't ID such as SSS, or Philippine Passport, i-mail pa ba ang ilaha photocopy sa taga gawas aron ma-activate ang ilang paid membership? What if wala na sila'y valid Philippine gov't ID kay naa na sila sa gawas? Ok ra ba kung e-show ra ang ilang US ID like green card (not a good idea btw) or US Passport since expire na ila Philippine gov't card nila like SSS, and/or Philippine Passport?

If I'm not mistaken, ang fees kay more than 90 pesos man gani bro. Withdrawal fees + transaction fees. Long story short, dili full 10$ ang makuha, then minusan pagyud na ang gross ig withdraw.

For instant payments, instant pud ang activation.

    add info lang ko

    sakto kang sir dondon

+ you must have to withdraw minimum 7000 pesos para dile na mocharge ug 3.4% (correct me if im worng) ang paypal

+ then ang bank (i.e. Banco de Oro) if thats the receiving bank - minimum charge nila is P250.00

if your in the philippines - of course much better if by bank na lang ang bayad (specially BPI) they dont have service charge (thats if naay BPI ang istorya.net)
BDO- P50 ang charge if wala ka sa cebu (so if dire nimo icompare ang PAYPAL - much better gihapon ang PAYPAL kay moplete pa ka padulong bank

so if naa ka sa GAWAS/other countries- no need to exlpain on the favor of paypal
or else if naa moy relatives/family here in the Philippines for your option on my post

    hope that helps

    EDIT-

BTW- i did not saw na it really required PHiLIPPINE Govt. ID...

    * Requires a photocopy of a Valid government issued ID (Drivers License, Passport, Etc.)
so i think any kind of passport or bisan unsang govt. id pwede...
