Applied here a few weeks back for a specialized position.
Their screening process is really flawed. It's like a combination of all generic exams from all over the contact center industry.
Spent almost the whole day going through typing, listening, English, IQ, and technical exams.
Then you do the initial interview-- where I was told the position was already taken.
Crap. That was a waste of time.
However, they did offer me a different position.
But the recruitment officer didn't give me any idea what to expect compensation-wise.
This shouldn't have been a big issue. Most companies should be able to give applicants an idea or a range of what to expect if they got through.
After a tedious day, I was told to come back in the evening for the PRE-final interview. O.o
I gave up. Too much for something indefinite.
