Ebusiness BPO is the worst company IMO, been there worked there. Unfair labor practices, worst policies, worst HR, even the owners are the worst. The owner treats everyone as garbage, that woman is anti-Filipino. She's born Filipino but she worships American things and culture and often refers people in that office "You Filipinos". They treat agents as mere workers, they don't value people. Most often than not, you will be labeled as "stupid agent" in their inner circle. Yup, imagine being in an office with politics. The management has inner circle, you must be an ass licker to be in it.
The negative things about ebusiness bpo are true, the defenders here are either employees being asked to comment good things, ass lickers to the management, or the management themselves. Yes you people in HR! Are there any good things to say? Ask the agents and employees who already left this company, I doubt if they can give any good comments.
I hope people in DOLE really help agents that have on-going legal battle with this company.
Lastly, before anyone from this company labels me as a scorned ex-employee, let me tell them this - WAKE UP!!! I hope your conscience will give you a kick in the face, the agents are not mere objects, they are people who are working for their families. Give them what they deserve - respect and dignity at work and good pay. But your guess is as good as mine, this company will never change.
My last advice: Don't waste your time working here, I wasted mine.
All I can say is that Ebiz sucks.... I agree with what cebuanos says. The pay sucks, officers and admins are ass lickers and power trippers as well not to mention the owners. I hope DOLE could see what thay have done to the agents of the most recent account that came in to the company.... Were can you find agents given a monthly base pay of 8,500. That would really suck if you ask me..... But anyway take my advice as well better go for a different company instead of going for Ebiz.....

dili siya dapat mabalaka anang 50k na pabayran.. they won't run after you if you won't continue their contract. you just need to pass your formal resignation. then be sure to resign on a pay-day so you'll be able to get your "ever-delayed PAY." i did that before HAHA.

I was signed the training agreement. Per HR recruiter additional ko sa training kay gamay ra sila, start training was monday 7am to 4pm (im not telling the date lang ha...). She told me that was monday at around 8pm na 7am to 4pm ang training iapas ko bisag gastart na ang training.
Tuesday morning, i came 6:46am at eb, gibilin nako ang bag as well as cell, nagslipper nako, the guard asked me applicant ba ko i told him di im on training. He said ganiha raman nagsugod ang training 6am, nashocked ko kay mali ang info sa hr nako, but then gihatod ko sa guard. pagsud nako sa training area, trainor na singaporean (ang ngtel nako na singaporean ang trainor ang gurad rapud...)

we had a test then and i got 6/10. we do a lot of activities. sharing thoughts, demo and what so ever.. everytime naa question if di katubag akong mga kauban muisa ko kay i guess i have the answer man pud... tawagon pud ko nila. wednesday, we have activities and it's fine..we have exams pud and i got perfect scores. around 2pm, after short break gipangtawag mi unxa amo nalearned, after nanggawas cla. ga evaluate diay na cla 2 ka trainor.
gitawag mi sa akong kauban usa sa gawas, you know what they told us? "we cannot proceed you to the product training because we need a csr that is aggressive and we do not see any aggresiveness both of you.", "we have to tell you earlier because we don't want to waste your time until friday the end up of training...". "as we can see your not motivated", akong kauban ni ask unxa ya sayop. giingnan cxa na wala daw cxa (akong kauban) sa iyang self. ako pud natinga y.y.y na matawag nila na di motivated na half of the trainees ako man mag answer, mo participate, mo question, perfect sad ang score kung mag exam. if im not motivated then y mag usik ko sa time sa pagpangapply, knowing twice ko nangapply sa eb usa ko nakasud sa training tapos ana ra kadali nila muingon na di motivated?
nadismaya mi sa akong kauban, daghan au sa amo batch di halos motingog kung di twagun. nisulti ko ani kay i myself maingon jud na nonsense and no basis kau ila pagtagak namo.
to be honest, i respect this company ever since but nalain jud ko sa ila gibuhat. wa manko nakita sayop.

Sa environment limpyo man cla, pero grabe ka boring, sa nakita pud nako ubang agent didto murag napugos o makita nimo sa nawng na gikapoi na og nahihirapan style ba...
There are call centers na mga friendly man. not this company. if i just knew mao to ila buhaton nako then wa nalang ta ko mag usik sa time...
