CBX dira dool sa SM. bati na sila mo au ug computer. nagpa ayo ko dira una akong CPU, gi copy akong movie files. gi pasalida pa gyud pag kuha nako dd2 sa ilang shop. ngano naka cguro ko na akoa to files? naa mi files na gi pa view ko den gkan sa akong computer. basta ikaw tag-iya khbaw jud ka basta maka kita ka sa imong files.
2ND nag pa ayo ko sa akong monitor pag kuha nako daghan na kaayo ug garas ang frame! ila ra ng e handos2x did2 sa ilang shop.
Customer service? ug ing ana ilang customer service mo tubag sa phone maypa mangita ug lain computer shop. naa mn guru daghan kapilian.
Mas ganahan pa ko sa PC Express.

Standard operating procedure na ang hello Joe. If they dont know you, they call you Joe. Just like in the U.S. if naay patay then its unidentified, they will call it John Doe. Short cut lang ni sa CBX, JohndOE = JOE.

even if its just an expression, its not very courteously said and done.
my previous employer | manager, a well known gud speaker ( HU MCeed gloria's inaguration in cebu ) taught us to answer like this :
" Istorya.net, Gud morning!, this is butitoy, how may i help you? "
" Hello sir|ma'am?,,this is butitoy sir|ma'am, ur calling istorya.net, may i no Hu is koling plis?"
" I beg your pardon sir?, u need a videocard? a ok..a processor...."
anything less is a sign of unculture.

Correct jud c butitoy!
Ang ako lang nalainan is diretso man gud ang pagka estorya nga pas2x pa jud. Mao to nga ni conclude ko nga binuang jud. Ang iya tune is "Kinsa ni? Asa ni? Hello Joe?" - without a push on the question mark, diretso as in diretso lang jud ug talk, murag nagmemorize. Maau unta to if ni push siya kadyot sa first question mark, kay maka response ko.
