mi apply ko dri lastmonth as Data analyst..mao diay wako dawata ky khnumdom ko mi ingon kos ako rate sa ako previous nga job which is mu abot ug 14-15k depende sa overtym ug working holiday..nya during sa final nterview gi ask ko pila daw ako least dawaton ani nga position, i tot dako2 ila sweldo kay xmpre dako man cla na company..ana ko ato 14? or 13..mao nana pinaka least na gus2 nko madawt sa kani nga position..but after pila ka days nakahbaw nlng ko nga ila rate for data analyst is 10-12k dpnd sa exp. den murag buntag mn pd daw na xa nga work? mao diay pag adto nako ato nga time dghan kau cla mga fresh grad nga gi hire..halos tanan kay mu ok raman xmpre kay wa paman exp. hehe kung khbaw palang ko ato ra ang ila rate ana nga position..musugot rajud unta ghpon ko kay gnhn kau kos accenture..i mean dako2 daan nga company nya xur ko dghan kog mahbaw.an.. hehe tapos gnhan kos ila attire..semi formal..dli rehas normal cc agent nga murag mu suroy rag mall.. hehe sayang.. but suwayan nako re apply puhon

mana ko interview ganina and mga test and language assessment... ana hr mag w8 lng daw ko kay manawag or mag e-mail sila by friday pero mag ask lng unta ko pila basic pay sa networking processing analyst? networking akong work ana like mag subnet and ip address?

nice. thats good. if hr is interested they will inform you straight away sa monday through call and email. they will just make some background check sa imong mga char references ug previous employer. if good na tanan, surely safe naka and everything will follow

kahibaw naman daan ang hr nga pungtan gyud sila sa kasagaran. HR before was supposed to work for employee betterment. but now, they usually work under the management side nalang. and they can do that here sa cebu. there are a lot of jobless degree holder in cebu. pero mainly, HR objective is to motivate people to produce more output while lessening the cost. ana lang.

so sa katong na hire na, pwede na kaayu mo mag social loafer
