1. unsa ang account? inbound or outbound?
2. unsa paagi sa training? like pila ka days a week, how long, hours, pila ang training allowance..
3. pila ang basic pay for starters? i heard mo hatag sila og higher pay sa with experience so 6 months exp? ani na lang.. pila ang expected ma kobra every month? combined na ang kinsenas..
4. musta ang management? mustang avail ?

Network Processing Analysts
• Graduate of any 4-5 year course

I need an answer now if there'll be someone can answer. My concer is just, can I apply for telecomm or cisco engineer post even if I don't have Call Center Experience, but my previous company is BPO company as well which is US base. Am I qualify?coz it seems so fit to my course which is BSCOE major in Networking. And our networking back then was CISCO. And I am confident with my knowledge then.

yes as of now this is the my question that needs an answer... hahhaha... btaw, pagtawag sa akoa lately kay ingon xa same position as level G, so i assume na pariha ra og pay. but the difference is the work... he said, telecom/network analyst is more on voice quality, but for cisco i didnt hear it clearly... hehehehe...
og usa pa. 12 midnight ko gitawagan, i test daw ko unsa ako nahibaw,an sa cisco. ako pud gitubag. den na satisfy raman to xa...
