    Did your friend fail in an interview because of his/her physical condition?
    they undergone i think initial interview kay homan sa ilang exam.. one of the HR Staff there ask only on educational background and trainings, and natingala akng doha ka amigo why wla man gani ni ask on work experiences.. they all college IT graduate with cisco certificates.. ang ilang exam all about basic computer exam.. encircle the answers with 30 items exam good for 10 minutes.. nahoman cla around 3-4 minutes and the remaining time, ginareview nila ilang answers para sureball and for them sure jud to kay lage basic computer exam and duna napud sila igong background on computers ky mao man lage ilang hilig.. so gipaholat cla around 10-15 minutes for the initial interview.. pag sulod na for initial interview, gi ingnan ra sila diritso nga wla cila ka pass sa exam.. akong katingala bah(ang doha jud sa akng amigo wla ka pasar pero wla sila nag dungan og walk in, ang ilaha lang gina observed nila f kana nga company duna ba jud physical disability status discrimination).. nag abot mi ganina sa ayala dn nagtalk and naka conclude mi nga naa jud ghapon mo discriminate og mga ing ana nga status sa physical..

    luoy pud tawn ang mga physical disability status nga gina discriminate tungod sa ilang status.. they apply on non voice account and in the first place, wla pa jud sila gipa fill up og application form ani nga company.. dba if naay mo apply in a BPO, pa fill upon man og company application form una pa i agi og exam or interview?? why kani mga physically disabled wla man??.. ngano kaha og unsay rason??..

    Ang inyong conclusion ba kay murag unfair sa part sa Accenture. Who knows, ang passing diay sa exam kay 30/30 (100%) nya 29/30 ra ila nakuha. Just a thought. The applicants should have asked the HR if failing the exam was really the reason - ug pila ilang score and pila ang passing. I think empowered man mo-ask ang applicants.
