Yes mudawat japon calls. Difference, kasagaran TSR's interact with the consumers or direct end users. While for TELECOM Engineers, they engage Field Technicians, Network Engineers, ATM Engineers, CO Engineers..etc. Troubleshoot circuits with specific TELCO's.
