dats wat happened to me bro.. ako g applayan s Data Analyst.. wa ko nla gbalibaran na d ko pwede.. niabot na gud ko ug final interview, kapila nko gabalik balik kay lain lain na day an sched hehehe.. sa final interview nako kabalo na dey r profiling me for Accounts Payable which s voice related works.. i told d HR big boss na as much as I want to accept d position but considering my current medical situation wid my vocal cord, d ko pwede.. hehehe! ky f mag voice naman lang ko, wa na lang ko ni resign sa ako previous company na taas na jd akong basic did2.. pro im glad sad na nakaabot pa ko sa final interview hehehe! sayang lang jd imbes willing ko mo go dwn sa pay as long as OKAY ang company.. ky eventually f mo wrk hard ka, mosaka jd na ang basic nmo ra..

mao ba boss? kay sa uban companya best pd cla, kay mao pd na ilng g buhat kanang work hard, do their very best and etc.. wa koy nakit-an nga nindot nga rason nganu tawgon og BEST PEOPLE nga mostly imo gpang enumerate makita man pd sa lain companya..

basin best people kay maka huwat ang applicants og pila ka months usa ma hire.. haha just kidding.

Bai, i am hearing a little bit of sarcasm here. Haha.
They use best people not FOR COMPARISON against people working in other companies, (at least not totally).
They use BEST PEOPLE, as ive said, as one of their core values.
It's like bringing out the BEST in you everyday. Like competing with YOURSELF.
I know that other companies also have their best people. I even see BEST PEOPLE texts everyday in the interior wall of a Microsoft office when i worked there. So no need to tell me that other companies have it too, because i know, and Accenturites know.
Don't try to understand best people literally, trust me, it has deeper meaning for those working in ACN.

so far 2 stages ra sa interview.. kay g final interview naman daun ko.. but i am not sure sa data analyst jd ha since sa final interview nko nakabalo na g profile d i ko nla para sa Accounts Payable na voice

ni apply ko last april mana ko sa exam and interview dayon ang HR nisulte nga tawagan or text daw sila for 5 working days...nya mag 6 days na wala paman feedback.. ni apply ko data analyst nga position nila. |
knsa naka experience ana?? so mean...wala ko ka pasar sa interview??

For Technology position NO .... But for BPO kay yes......mo accept sila through 4 year combo.....

If imung College Unit is equivalent to 2nd year ..... then dapat naa kay 2 years experience in BPO industry....
If its equivalent to 3rd Year.... then dapat naa kay 1 year experience in BPO industry .... para maka apply ka for a BPO position.....

I think boss Geff_chang can answer this better......Palihog lang kog correct if naa koy sayop boss geff_chang ug sir Urejiak....hehehe

Yup on hold pajud bro.....Pero if they already have your TOR and Passed the exams....and didnt receive any regret email from accenture.......Naa pajud tawn kay Chance.....And for the exact date sa Hiring.....ala pajud tawn sure.....but sure ko nga mo hire jud sila within this year....
