hi guys. ask lng unta ko coz i applied sa accenture for their data analyst position last week, done with the exams and the interview pud. hr told me na they will endorse me for their nonvoice account, but wala pa ang start date so keep my line open sa daw. is this really true or it's their way of saying na wa ko madawat? hehe... salamat!

1 month na gali wala gihapon ko tawagi nistorya ko sa hr or knsa to nga babae regarding my status and luckily pasar daw ko wait lang jud daw... data analyst pud to ako applyan bai pero nagkadugay kapoy na paabot.
wala man pud daw vacancy sa data analyst.

Hi Guys....when it comes to BPO hiring process ala jud ko matabang ana......if pag apply ninyo kay naa moy referral kay pwedi man nga ang inyung referral ang mo follow-up for you.......

And yes!!! sad to say...this thing is happening jud sa accenture.....and I hope ma bag.o ni sa mga head sa HR.....

hasol ilang paagi.. and even so.. ang guard daw katong mo receive nimo sa gawas (lock see thru window man na sila), wala daw ma quitely inform on the normal process of how the applicants should be inform before pasudlon ka sa sud sa lock door. Mao na sulti sa akong kauban kay kami man duha nangaply (that was before)

I made all throughout the given test but sadly hehee wala sila makaapas sa akong salary g.ask.. d ba if mangaply ka.. you need to reveal to them nga imong salary sa previous company.. and of course any normal applicant would normally agree sad nga kay nibalhin man lang gani kag lain nga call center lang.. you would expect mas more pa ilang ehatag nimo nga offer kay sa previous or current nimo gtrabahoan... If let say.. nag earn kag roughly 18 or 19k a month sa imong work karon.. if mangaply ka.. you would of course say nga puslan man nangaply kog lain call center, akong pangitaon kanang mas dako pa kay sa akong current earning karon... sadly, hehe even though they said that Accenture pays well, ilang starting salary mura mura ra sa sugod sa starting salary sa akong current work karon.. so between a gamble of jumping to Accenture and downgrading my salary (on what I am earning na karon), ako nalang wala nidayon... In short, I couldnt afford going back to a lowly pay on what Accenture offers me.

dli ko sure if mgukod sila sa rate kung bpo.. pero sa solutions kay mgukod man sila..hehehe of course its a great gamble jud to go down in terms of pay kay basin pud d ka maka.uyon sa paagi sa accenture..
