naay chances madawat ko diri bisag gamay ra ako experience sa Visual Basic 6.. hehe..
curios man gud ko sa SAP kay naka gamit man gud ko ug JDE (JD Edwards) katung nag OJT pku sa una... unsa kahay naka differensya sa SAP ug JDE kay booth ERP mana sila..
haha sa inuod wa ko kahibawo sa difference kay virgin pako ani sa kani n language ^^ sa bootcamp ra bitaw na nko na tun an ^^ PS is another labguage and la sad ko idea kay la mn me na train para ana ^^
hehe murag skul oi unsa mana na company na e stay in ka nila.. hehe ^^ ad2 mo sa office train mo and lecture exercise then at the end of the day uli,., haha pwde sad mo mo extend lolz ^^
PS - Peoplesoft is another capability in Accenture. It uses a different language.
SAP - another capability. Mao na ilang Recca na capability.
These 2 capabilities are present in Cebu.
I am working with this company training is tops i tell you .The peeps are cool too.The only negating factor is that all hires are contractual only well except though for the pioneers wave 1 to 6 otherwise you would never get regularized. the account or program is a tad boring though balik balik ra ang issue way challenge...and mind you tis impt you get to rid of your american accent coz its a brit account .so Spot On !!

u might be referring the BPO please don't get confuse accenture as a BPO only company.. I for example belong to solutions.. and mind u.. i got hired as a regular not as a contractual.. ^^

Fact 1:I am referring about the Cebu Ops BPO services at Pioneer Bldg. ;let us not delve on the trivialities.We work with the same company albeit I am not in Cebu assignment,I am in DCN.I was merely stating a fact on how they run the hiring and process here in Cebu .

I think si r3cca kay gi-emphasize lang pud niya nga dili lang contact center ang accenture. Mao man gud kasagaran huna-huna sa uban.

Well, as for the contractual thingy, aw, i trust you understand that Accenture is also a business. Mao tingali pud na ang strategy nga nakita sa mga BPO execs nga effective sa costs. For us employees, aw, downside gyud na cya. Sa business nga side, i think they are fair enough, kay before mahimo kang contractual employee, mag job offer man gyud na, and i-present man gyud na ang contracts.
But well, ACN is still one of the best companies to work for. And Accenturites are cool people too!
