thanks for the infos guys, actually, bag.o lang ko na hire sa LRDC but contractual lagi..pero dili ko under ug agency or anything..sa website ra ko ni apply and luckily, I was considered. I am now on the process of my medical and BI..I hope dayon2x nani..

anyways, at first I was really bothered for the "contractual" thing but I guess it is a good start for me to be with Lexmark whether I will be regularized or not someday..dba?

ehhe.thanks anyways and hoping to have more advices..

Ang mga contractual under nozumi maoy daghan na lay off. wala ang mga regular, pero gipanglabay sa lain department ang mga regular nga way project na, meaning gibungkag ang ilang original nga department ky wa nay project.

No bro..it's not na wala sila project..na balhin ang uban because sa new strategy nga gi apply sa LRDC management for the better sa company. ANd mostly nga na balhin kay na tagaan ug new oppurtunity sa ilang new work/career sa lrdc.
