Hey hey hey, not all of CSSC is like a callcenter, thank you very much!!!

But yeah, I hear from the TSC peeps that work is much more relaxed in their department when compared to their prior BPO companies. Anyway.. the callcenter "likeness" restricts itself to only two or three floors.

My husband applied online last May 2010. Got a call for an iq exam and personality exam last Wednesday last week. He was scheduled for an interview Friday last week. Fortunately he got a call again this Monday that he was hired and filled out employee and bank forms with their HR. Has to wait again for their call again as to their requirements and as to when he would start. God is really good and patience is really a virtue.

sus..di jud ko kalimot sako interview sa lexmark before. Unsa imo gi applyan brad? Mao ni usa sa mga questions ai:

Interviewer: "If I were to call <your reference>, what do you think he would tell me that would prevent me from hiring you?"

ME: <nosebleed> hahahahahah.... nagkapuliki ko sa akong tubag ato tawn.. mora ra man na cya ug "what are your weaknesses?" mao jud na'y pinakalisud nga interview question para nako..
