Kanang mga bag-ong position like support engineers nga murag call center - mga Contractual job man na sa US, ilang gipang undang didto ang mga contract nya gihimu nilang regular position sa Cebu. Ka remember sad ko nga ang project sa kadtung dagko nga printers gikan sa India ba to gibalhin dha sa Cebu. So if naa man gani ma apektuhan dha sa cebu murag ulahi guro nya murag gamay ra guro compare sa uban nasud...

the big project you said about the printer is not in india it is in china and yes it was supposed to be transferred in cebu pero wala gidayon, the rumors circulating now is half of the plant of lexmark in mepz 2 will be sold to NYPRO SINGAPORE, Lexmark's supplier of some of their raw materials..

Had an interview a week ago for the post of Product Support Coordinator but until now there's still no feedback. I'm wondering if may "freeze" order sa hiring now that this news came out... hmm. any feedback guys?

Passed interview and exam .. for Product Support Team lead unta .. but they say they can put me sa Product Support Engineer ... still have to await for the job offer before I decide between 2 companies. So far sa ako nabasahan stable ang LRDC and I think career wise you would grow here.

hey smiky, dont worry im from lipi yes its true nanaktak sila ug tao ug manaktak pa jud. but lexmark is still a stable company, naa lang jud mga products ang lexmark na gi-obsolete na meaning no need na magmanufacture or produce mao nanaktak sila. but mostly sa mga itaktak will be in lipi and LRDC is safe.

@3pqlang - thanks akong brother gusto na magpatangtang kay he wants to go out of the country hahahha nya ako na sad ang paingon mosulod (hopefully). As i read the news carefully kadto daw certain consumer based products ang ila e phase out. sa Business / Enterprise support man ko.

yes youre right and unfortunately im included in the consumer based product or what we call it consumables. so im just waiting when ang next pabayad kay movolunteer ko. but that doesnt mean lexmark is not a good company. if you want a stable and good paying job, believe me. lexmark is what youre looking for..
