for those of you who have taken the exam, aside from the technical and iq exams, di ba naa man to psychologica/personality exam.. naa man gud sila characteristics and values na gipangita. you could not cheat that exam cause gi measure ang consistency sa imong response. so it's skills+attitude = greater possibility to be in lexmark.

pero daghan pa jud ang screening. three sets of interviews, team lead, manager, director.

about sa application process sa lexmark ba, ingon ang site na after 3 weeks if wala gani reply or call from lexmark meaning wla ko nadawat sa position.... is it possible na mutawag or contact nako sila even after 3 weeks?

yes, that is possible!

normally, mag pooling na sila daan. once a position gets vacant, they will normally backtrack previous applications.
