    Hiring mostly depends on the hiring manager either Fresh or experienced, young or old, male, female or not both, etc. This maybe subjective but the manager usually naturally hires who they are comfortable with.

    The environment would differ depending on your manager/team but overall, Lexmark is a very pro-employee type of company and still the best company for me after having worked with 3 others.
    A lot of unexpected rewards received as long as you continue to strive and do better (including larga to US and Europe multiple times for me).

    Generally, hiring depends on the hiring manager if ganahan gyud nimo, seeks other options or dli gyud interested. Mas nindot if na a ka kaila sa imong gi applyan who can vouch for your performance especially if high-po imong kaila. But you can follow-up with HR.

    But honestly... taas/dugay ang Lexmark hiring process for most departments.

    Thank you kaau @cmac2 actually nangapply pd ko sa NCR og Accenture den nadawat ko NCR pero gamay man sweldo ila hatag ako gidecline plus mas gnhan sad jd ko lexmark gne den gkapoy najd ko sa akong current na company gamay kayg pay nya overwork. anyways naa ko kaila ddto si hipol naa kaila ka ana nya? dba lexmark ka RnD? hehe anyways salamat again sa advice na kalma2 ko gamay mangutana nlng jd ko siguro basin mga next week paabton nakog 1 month

    Nope, wala ko kaila. I'm from the shared services team. Would suggest follow-up with HR and the same time, apply2 lang sa lain company as you might not know you have a better opportunity sa lain But again, we never know. Best of luck sa imong applications
