i don't think so, USB can only power devices <5 volts, anything higher would require an external power source.

you mean from modem to router, USB and interface gigamit? mag depende siguro sa router ug sa modem kay naa man modems na pwede USB pero wa pa ko kadungog ug router nga naay USB interface.

i think what he means is plugging (example: smart usb modem / globe tatto) directly into a router using a usb interface to get an instant internet connection.

naay na bro.. sa linksys router dunay usb port. Purpose for usb printer and usb external storage.
