Salient points from the LEB memorandum:

    - Any qualified examinee may take the PHILSAT for as many times as he/she wants, without any limit.

    - Passing score is 55% correct answers.

    - Honor graduates granted profesisonal civil service eligilibity pursuant to PD 907 who enrols within 2 yrs from their college graudation are exempted from taking the PHILSAT.

    - During its initial implementation in the year 2017-18, the cutoff/passing score shall not be enforced and law schools have the discretion to admit applicants who scored less than 55% correct answers provided their dean shall make a written justification for each applicant below 55% explaining the reasons for admitting him/her.

so this PHILSAT exam really don't mean anything, coz it's still the schools discretion. just a way para kumita yung LEB.
