    hehehe nag AWOL ka noh hehehe.

    trabaho ko sa company 1

    apply ko sa company 2 samtang trabaho pako sa compny 1 pero ako gi ingon nga wala pako work exp hehehe. pero naa nako SSS ID hehehe
    wala nako gi declare ang company 1
    pero ni resign ko sa company 1 after nako sign sa contract sa company 2

    after few months.
    apply ko sa company 3
    ako gi butang exp ang company 1
    pag sign nako contract sa company 3
    wala nako ni sud sa company 2

    ang ending... naa ko company 4 hehehe. ako exp gi butang kay company 1 and 3 hehehehe
    mao na ako exp
    nag binootan nako diri

    depende sa company or sa mga nagdumala.

    usually naay CI/BI. Ilabi ang mga dagku nga companies.
    they also have this sort of organization among HR department heads or members...
    they share strategies and problems. If notado ka sa imong previous employer word will reach your current employer...tang-tang gyud ka.

    Naa mi new employee...gkan siya sa usa ka company as a programmer. Hired siya as an engineer dire sa amo company. Then kana lagi naay meeting among HR managers sa Cebu...word came out nga ang usa ka company nagkaproblema sa ila payroll program kay naa silay employee nga nihawa unya gi butangan ug expiry ang program. Unya siya may naghimo sa program...gipatawag sa amo HR...hehehe
    kuyawan sila ug basin he will do it again with us...not exactly sa payroll but maybe in other things...mao to advise to resign siya.
