Support group for breastfeeding

Anyone knows if there is a support group for breastfeeding here in Cebu? like LATCH & La Leche League which are available in Manila.

@toxic --- yes, it is possible I will post here again if that happens. anyway, it's sad to know that we don't have an active support group here for breastfeeding... they say you can get information from the internet and it can be learned as you go along but it is better if there are groups/counselors that can support, help, motivate and provide quality lactation/breastfeeding education and peer counseling services to our fellow Cebuana mommies

correct....naa man siguro sa hospitals. like mu ingun sila nga child friendly sila and then di sila mu allow mu bring ug bottle. but naa ra man gihapon. this support groups unta should be attended by soon to be moms or mga mom's na but are still breastfeeding their babies. pareha sa lamaze gud di ba? classes before giving birth...ana pud unta ang support group for breastfeeding.

i don't know if OT ni akong i sulti but since breast milk/breastfeeding man atong topic, naay thread dire nga naay mom and dad looking for breast milk para sa ilang baby kay the mom has low milk supply and is working dayun the baby has Tracheoesophageal fistula or TEF and Congenital Heart Disease. luoy kau....if naay support group maka share unta ug breast milk noh!? I mean di na mag lisod pangita ug milk.

yeah, i've read that thread. luoy bitaw kaau ang baby... but i'ts good to know nga dghan ngtabang hatag ug milk. i'm not sure kung naa diri milk bank like sa Manila naay hospital nga ngstore ug mga frozen milk so anytime nga needed cia you can just go there. not sure if with fee or free cia. here sa Cebu, duno kung naa ingon ani. before i was given a flier/marketing leaflet about promoting breastfeeding pero that was i think 2006 when i was still pregnant with my first baby pero karon wa naman ko kakita. may unta naa nasad BUNTIS IT nga conference this May kay naka.attend sad ko ani before.

mao bah? haven't tried attending anang BUNTIS. but i've heard of that before. lagi noh, since murag tanan hospital man ang nag encourage nga i-breastfeed ang baby, nganung wa may support group? and about the milk bank, good idea jud na sya.
