i have read in an email na swine flu shots are not viable daw..it hasn't proved pa daw its efficacy..some cases daw to people who received this vaccine caused severe brain damage and non locomotive skills..more or less ma paralyze ang half of the body..

i don't know..but up to this date..the number of cases here in cebu is increasing..

I think dugay nani ang A(H1N1) flu virus diri sa Pilipinas, and murag gi tanaw lang ni nato nga pareho ra sa uban flu nga ESEKMA ra nato...

As long as Healthy ka, dili ka mahadlok ani.... Inom lang mo vitamins, eat healthy foods and others, maayo ra mo if matakdan mo ani...

Come to think of it, nana bai namatay diri sa Cebu ani?? wala paman goro... so maayo ra jud d i ni....
