Mao gyud. Basta everyone knows na rape is illegal there. The countries with the worst women's rights records are those fundamentalist Muslim countries nga giputos na gyud nila ilang women. In fact, in some Western places, women have the right to go topless wherever they go, the argument being if men can go topless, so can they.

As someone else already also said in this thread, di sad mo matter whether those who are in the beach party are Catholics. If you believe in the teachings of the Catholic church, magabaan ra na sila sa ilang gibuhat kung makasasala gyud na. Naa ba diay na sa Bible nga kamong mga righteous ang mo PUNISH (kasohan ninyo in the hope nga mamultahan o ma priso) anang mga sinners. Wala. And it's also unconstitutional for the Philippine government to punish anyone based on NOT following any religious practice (as long as wala na sila mag samok samok diha). They did not bother those who chose to pray in the churches during Holy Week. They chose to go to the beach to party. It did not hinder those "true" Catholics to pray and do whatever they need to do during Holy Week. From the news, beach party man gyud siguro ni, or beach fashion show? Di man siya bikini open, because there's no contest being held and some even claimed the show performers were not wearing bikinis.
