these days 6-7 hours nalang akong sleep.
average of 4-5 hours/day a week
Mon-Fri = 4-5 hours
Saturday and Sunday- 8-12 hours
6 hours ra jud...its been a while na jud nga wla nko kaabot og 8 hrs..grrrr..
6 to 7 hours is the most recommended by health expert.
I usually sleep 7-8 hours but there are times I get only 6.
