Hey lemme clarify that issue na bati ang Calltek.

I think I'm in the position to comment if bati ang Calltek kay ako mismo NIAWOL.

Pero the question is, nganong ni AWOL man ko?

I did that 'coz I was offered to work in my field, which is conducting trainings and seminars. And sa akong mga kadungan sa akong batch na utro sang nang AWOL, they leave the company 'coz they have to work on their respected fields as nurses and etc.

Pero kbaw ka unsay common namo na sturya

WE MISS CALLTEK.

Had it been wala'y training bond, di mi mang AWOL oi..We will resign unta and have a graceful exit.

In fact, kami tanan sa akong batch kay magtapok gihapon ug manglaag. Sige gihapon mi contact.

So di naman tingali ko mag-expound sa mga benefits sa Calltek sa kay kabasa naman mo ana tanan?

Hehe naremind lang nuon ko da..Damn, I miss the "pancit canton days"..Hehehe mao ng term namo ana!

everybody has the right to comment or pour out his/her opinion about the company, but the idea bah nga murag imong e-imply nga bati ang company nga maka hatag ug doubts sa mga ganahan mo discover sa company,. tanan man cguro call center naa man cguro mga bati na comments pero ayaw lang pud nang murag ipa feel nmo na ang company walay ayo jud.

di man sad cguro makamahay ang mowork dri kay gihatag man sa management ang what is really due to the employees, if wala ka nagahanan i keep nalang cguro na nmo dbah, since wa ta kahibalo ikaw di ganahan but ang laing tawo ganahan.. so keep it nalang.

I can't discount one's hatred about the company. He's acting that way for a reason. And I know it's valid.

Yeah Everybody's entitled for their own opinion. good thing you still believe in the company.. to those who don't believe about the company's credibility, it's your opinion, ayaw tagaeg doubts ang mga tawo nga ganahan mo explore sa company, cla man ang maka decide if ganahan cla or dili..

@raine: the people have the rest of the world to prove everything they read here. nobody is holding anyone from applying. if they are really interested, its up to them. we cant keep on hiding or covering up negative issues. so filipino-like. its just a matter of how you take the comments here. try and take mikoy's stand for instance. it might make u feel better. and oh, i still believe in this company. as long as naa pa koy ka.batch diri i will still.
