hi mga taga calltek, naa mo idea unsa ila hiring process dra?

after sa final interview, pag ingnan ug tawagan lang w/n this week, do you think nga positive ang outcome ana? like madawat?

usually sa bpo industry one day process ra and pag ingnun nga "tawagan ra ka" kay meaning wa madawat... not sure if the same goes with calltek...

so, I'm humbly seeking your advice... should I wait for a week or should I move on? patience is a virtue yet time is gold too and I'm badly in need of a job right now so unsa kaha ang maayong buhaton? thanks sa maka advise

hello belle, you can wait kay based sa amoa giingnan raman ko ug wait then gitawagan ko.. that was 3 years ago.. pero basin diay mao japon ila patakaran.. you can wait or you can also apply in other centers , you can make each day productive by applying to a different centers and para sad maka hunahuna jud ka ug asa jud ka..

AFAIK dili mu hire externally ug mga Sups and TL's...finance sila Cisco training but naa bond if makapasar ka...
