    Wala pa ko kaagi ingon ani na boss or anybody so far sa ako 5 years na trabaho. And should this happen to me, I'm sure our day will be bloody.. figuratively lang nuon..hehe! Dili jud ko mutuo ug ingon ani na boss ug musamot ako kalagot niya and I tend to be very rebellious. No bosses, TLs, managers, and anybody else ever did it to me before.. why? coz I never allowed them. wala ko nakapakita nila before na pwede nila ko kaya-kayahon lang. ako punto? ingon aning butanga dili mahitabo kung dili ka magpakita na pwede kaya-kayahon lang ka. It's a total sign of disrespect. Ako solution ani na scenario --- talk back (in a civil way but if it comes to worst play fire with fire. mirror his/her actions) and show him/her your irritation. If naa mubuhat nako ani, in a heartbeat dili ko magduha-duha ug tubag even in front of my colleagues. In the first place, ngano buhaton man ni niya sa atubangan sa imo colleagues There are more civil ways to do it.. anyway, mao ni kung ako.. it's up to you on how you want to handle people like these...

    i will show a displeased face enough para makasabot siya na wala ko naganahan sa iyang pamaagi pagsettle sa issue through shouting in front of co-workers (w/c is very unprofessional).. but i will never stoop down to his or her level by raising my voice. Pero kung if it gets too physical (i.e dapog, sagpa, etc), i might take it to the court.

    ako basta kasab an ko, maminaw lang ko, den if mahuman na sya, mo excuse na dayon ko, kana kong ang imo boss ang owner na mismo.. kay ako dre, ako direct boss kay ang CEO man, kay ang IT dept dre nga ako gi handle kay independent dept man dre sa company org chart namo, so kay ako mang ang in-charge sa IT aw CEO ko dayo mo report, if masuko na dayon sya naku kay naa ko palpak, aw paminawon lang pud, den mahuwasan ra mana sya, den pag bantay lang inig padung uli kay i hold na nya ana, den mohangad dayon na sya ug dinner sa NONKI or sa bsan asa nga bongga nga Restaurant, hahahhahahaa..mga bor just listen lang din say excuse aftger sya mag yaw2x.. but ig kanang mga mag pa BOSS2x lang dha mga TL or supervisor, aw what ever yaya jud na sila , hahahahhahah!!!

    oo, kanang nag pa boss2 lang gud,TL but not ang CEO or direct owner.
    and if CEO or ang Operations Manager gali ma suko i dont think mo shagit na sila.,they are really professional its jaz ang TL or ang nagpa boss2 kay nag pa ka taas noo bah. and althu naa man jud tay ma file nga disciplinary actions for them, you cant help it but felt embarrass on the spot dba... regardless kung sayop nimo or dili
