This is because there is no seminar for parenthood.
There is no school for parenthood.
And whatever or however they study
or read about parenthood
it does not guarantee that their kids will grow up good.

yes each child is unique----
but parents' goal are almost the same.
They all want their child to grow up as a good citizen of this nation.

Parenthood is an art. It is not a science.
Parents do what works for them.
If they find their kids are hard to motivate,
they start to compare them with others
in an effort to motivate them into competing with other kids.

I would not want to judge your parents.
And I don't want to judge you.
I suggest you do not judge them too.
To understand them more---
You should put your self at their shoes.
All they ever wanted is for you to succeed in life.

Maybe they feel you can do more.
Maybe they are aware that you have not tried enough.
Maybe they see that you can do better.
They may giving you a lot of pressure,
but its up to you how to react to that kind of pressure.

You could react positively and take their challenge.
Or you could take it negatively and curl down with self pity.

I do not know a way to know unsa atong previous life.

But understanding how the soul works
could give you an idea what you are in the previous life.

1.)Abuses and consequence.

Know that whatever (aspect of your self) you abuse in the previous life--- is taken away in the next life.
Example: If you are "bungi" (harelip). You can assume that you abused your mouth in your previous life.
You maybe verbally abusive to other people.

Palaaway,
Tigpasakit sa isig ka tawo gamit ang iyang ba-ba.

As consequence your good "speech aspect" is taken away from you.
If you are very abusive with your mouth, you may end up as mute in your next life.

There are people who can do hypnotic regression.
I just read a book about it.
