kanang self gratifying nga deed.. like volunteer sa church.. Or help a friend.. do over time when working.. find new hobbies.. have a new pet to take care of.. or anything else that would keep your mind away from what's keeping you depressed..
im thinking to have a pet... dog or birds...

1. pangita ug amigo nga dli ingon ato / pde sad imaginary friend (watch movie fight club)
2. pangita ug laing bisyo
3. matulog
Paliton jud na ang tambal para sa depression. Ug naa kay kwarta daghan, palit ug round trip ticket para hongkong. ug enough pocket money para makasuroysuroy didto ug makarelax. Ug makaya, palitig apil imo best friend aron naa ka kuyog. wagtang lagi na.
Karon ug way kwarta, nya depressed gihapon, katulog lang sa kay basin ig mata nimo, mawala ra na.
ug di jud mawala, ambot na lang...
