    Question ATM issue


    china bank akng card...karon, ng-withdrw ko sa landbank...pg-process sa akng withdrw, wlay ni gwas...receipt r...

    pero last nko withdrw diri kay ok man...morag last week p 2.. (first-time p ko k experience ani..ok man sa akng previous card kung mg-withdrw sa lain bank....timinga lng cguro..)

    question:

    ma-balik p 2? naa man koy receipt...kung mo-complaint ko sa bank by monday...kulba-an lng ko kay ang money para 2 sa balay (monthly expenses) ug graduation sa kng manghud...



    hope k2ng ng-work sa bank...naa moy idea ani..

    bro, imong gi check ang lutsanan sa kwarta wala bay ga ali? basin na victim ka. gi check jud nimo maayo? If it released the receipt
    which showed that the money was debited from your account although it wasn't released, imo jud ta to gi double check. Basin naa na dri sa cebu ang ATM scam. They will block the money realease slot with painted aluminum strip or na maka pareho na design ug color its carefully measure so it will looked like a part of the door.

    oo..bro..gi-check n ko..before ug after ko ng-withdraw..cla g-gwas ug kwarta ako r wla...


    If it released the receipt which showed that the money was debited from your account although it wasn't released, imo jud ta to gi double check.
    --> Ni-release cya ug receipt, stating.."No Response From Switch"...blank ang nka-butang sa total ug avail balance...so ng-wonder n ko ani..kung technical error ni sa machine...so akng gi-buhat gi-inform nko ang guard about ni..ingon lng cla n inquiry ug usab...pg-inquiry n ko...nkuha-on jud..

    ask lng ko bro, naa man cguro nay Logs or something monitoring system sah? n-wla jud k gawas sa kwarta...kay b4 ko ni hawa sa atm machine...ng-wait jud ko...bahala dghan ng-hulat..ug pg-gwas sa card nko..gi-double check nko ang atm machine kung terminate n jud ang transaction (usual n ko ginabuhat)


    naay nka-experience n ani (or istoryans diri)...mo-complaint sa bank sa ani n scenario?

    the best thing you can do is to contact the bank right away, ayaw pagdugaydugay.

    kontak lang sa imong bank bro.. mabalik rana imong kwarta....
    naka try nako before twice... wala ni dispense ug kwarta pero ni deduct..
