My cousin is planning to have a vacation in the Philippines somewhere between June and August , and I told him if he could take my laptop and upgrade it there . I know Asia is more advanced in technology than here in North America . And he's planning to upgrade his laptop too .

So , he doesn't know where to upgrade our laptops . Any suggestions where - offer reasonable price ?

Processor - Intel Core 2 duo - 2.10 GHz
RAM - 4.00 GB
for the rest .. we don't know , since we're not good at computers .

I'm just wondering if we could upgrade our laptops to whatever the highest and fastest stuffs that we can upgrade . Not just for the processor and ram , also Hard Drive , video and graphics card as well . Change the screen , if necessary .
