big pay!! lisod na ang panahon krn.. so bahala na ug dli nko ma practice ako course, mu stick nlng jud ko sa ako work f dako ko ug salary... but krn ako work kai mao man jud ako g graduatan. so na practice rapud.. outsourcing company pud ko nag work..

in my case mga boss, mas mu prefer ko ug career growth, kaysa big pay then dili ka happy sa imo gibuhat. Lisod man gud bayaran ang fullfilment, just like my brother nga Former MILITARY, he quit then nibalik lang as a BArber kay naa may freedom ug happy ang trabaho. kay sa big pay pero mura, doom imo life....

depende lang jud cguro na sa imong panlantaw sa imong kinabuhi...ni resign ko sako previous job kay career growth man akong g pili...and so far so good....lahi ra man pod gud ang feeling nga fulfilled ka sa imong gbuhat-dili ka ka feel ug stress.... i love this thread....hahahahahaha...

kita tanan magsugud man jud ta sa ubos. career growth ang nindut e focus kay kung naa naka experiences better chances jud na maka land kag big pay... lisud man pud kung big pay dayun imo think pero wa diay experience... opinion lang nako po... =)
