wa ko nagwork sa alliance. siguro nindot ilang working environment didto pero kung ang ilang products ang hisgutan, purya gaba na lang. ang quality sa software hesus hesus maayo pay mag manual mo sa inyong trabaho.
from software(powerbuilder) design down to database(sql anywhere) design, poorly designed jud. poor design = poor performance. gika meet na nako na ilang CEO, sales manager, program supervisor, programmers, implementation specialists, ug tech support pero y nahimo sa pila na ka tuig nga bugs nga wa pa nila ma solve hangtod karon.
and kana ilang mga tech support bisan pa kanang ilang implementation specialists kunohay, dili very knowledgeable mismo sa mga technologies nga ilang gipang gamit ...naunta na ni oi wahahahahaha...

Allow me to comment. I am assuming you're one or working with the client. Or let's just say a stakeholder. The situation is a two way process man gud. If you say poor ang design, then, more than blaming it sa Alliance (though naa gyud sa ila ang majority sa blame), you could have reviewed their design and did not sign that off for implementation if batian ra ka. Remember, developers work only on what is in the design taken from the requirements by the client. Out of scope na nang wala. Pwera nalang if you are buying a packaged product wherein you agreed to buy it (with certain functionalities) with warranty.
On the claim nga walay nahimo sa pagfix sa bugs, do not just rant here, better, review the contract your company signed with Alliance, and if dili gyud ka resolve, resort to Legal actions. Hehehe. Basin man gud bai naay scope ngadto sa SLAs or wala na cya masulod sa waranty period.
