why dont u apply for work abroad? am in doha qatar right now as a graphic designer/web designer and i applied thru an agency. look for some postings in sunstar daily on overseas job recruitment agencies. there r a lot of them. i came here thru an agency in cebu. go to admiral overseas employment agency just across cebu coliseum near emall or any agencies there.

or f u like, f u have a friend or relative working in either qatar or dubai, u can apply for a visit visa n it expires in 6 months. so u only spend the processing of visa and a plane ticket to come here. there r lot of job opportunities here in qatar for web developers or designers. it wud be impossible not to land a job here. but in case ur luck runs out, u can also apply for another job that may not be in ur field of expertise so to speak. salary here s a way much higher than in our country even if ur on an entry level salary bracket.

utong sa girl kay most of the companies karon wala budget for increase salaries sa mga empleyado.. wala ka kasigoroan nig balhin nimu company taas imu salary... sabta usa karon ang mga companies kay naglabad pud ulo sa management usaon pag survive sa crisis karon.

agree ko sa imong suggestion shi... lisud pod ron if dritso ra ka og resign then wa pay kabalhinan. Sideline lang sa pod og dawat og projects, bisan ginagmay basta naay mapuno sa imong sweldo
