yes sakto ka bai webhosting company ang 1&1 sakto sad ka bai na ang ilang support kay in-house meaning ang mga tech support agent dili empleyado sa ubang company but empleyado sa 1&1.. in-house sya na call center bai kay 1&1 jud sya.. if in-house meaning wa gi outsource. kay kung moingon ka na BPO/outsoursed bai ang mga business process like back office, customer service or tech support lain na company mo handle ana di ang company na gabuhat sa product. example ani kay ang DELL.. ga outsource sila sa ilang tech support ila gibayran ang eTel para mohandle ana. ang taga DELL account dili empleyado sa DELL but sa eTel.
