naka trabaho na diay kay 1and1 bai kay kahibaw mn ka? webhosting pero dili callcenter? mao gani BPO ang term kay ang support, gi outsource..

tagaan lang tikag gamay nga overview bai, ang 1and1, mao na xa ang webhosting company jd. So meaning, INHOUSE support ni xla..

Lately, gisupport npd sa 1and1 Cebu ang Fasthost ug Streamline which are all webhosts owned by United Internet mn guro na.. which is also the owner of 1and1.. ok?.. coincidental lang nga kahibaw ko..
