Help: Problem on my laptop

When i boot my laptop, it will give me an option to run Windows Normally, Safe Mode, Networking. I already tried all those options but the same error message will appear. What should i do? I dont know anything with this Below is the picture of the error message.

yup, Windows XP man akong OS. i tried reinstalling pero dili gyud siya molahos. ambot nikalit lang gyud ni siya. nakagamit pa gani ko then nikalit lang og shut off

nope, nothing. i was just browsing (istorya, multiply) & checking my mails. then it just shut off.
