hmmm...there is another addition to this hall of fame:

A certain publishing company located in JY Square..they are famous for ignoring labor laws and also famous for selective implementation of rules and regulations. Their CoC looks like it was made by an amateur, and they put too much emphasis on discretion...meaning what they want they do...

but in fairness the work environment is good, its the management that sucks....most of the veterans or pioneers have already left the company or were terminated...

hehehe....delayed sweldo and with all the reasons. Plus the supervisors encourage you to skirt the processes to fit their needs, but once caught throw you to the lions. I admit pay is ok for some positions but they under pay the illustrators and the graphic artists.

like one of the recent holidays in Sept, they were supposed to pay the staff 8/28 coz 8/31 was a holiday, they ended up paying the employees on 9/1...they claimed they did on make the bank cut off..Its the responsibility of management to anticipate the holidays. Also the IT dept is corrupt, kusog mu dload movies and all...they even have a computer on the network where it is stored.
