    the reason why some people get irked with some (not all) call center agents is because of the way they carry themselves.

    i know there is nothing wrong with agents kanang naa sa jeep or naglakaw ra sa sidewalk nya english to the max with accent pa. but for the untrained ears, it makes others get irritated. mentality man gud ni sa pinoy ang mga LIBAKERO/LIBAKERA or SUYAON. wa tay mabuhat ana kay mentalidad jud na sa taw. we cant change that overnight. so kung maka dungog na sila, "hilas" na dayun ila tanaw ninyo. ang uban sa suya na lang kay kibaw mga agents mag inenglis unya sila dili, kutob ra libak. mas maayo likay na lang ka sa mga taw nga ing ana. if wala ka sa office, refrain from talking english. keep your ID para dili ka ma-aan basin ma tulisan na nuon ka. snatchers and robbers nowadays know the rates of CC agents. likay na lang jud mo.

    i used to be a call center agent before so maka relate rako sa both parties. being the agent and the untrained ear so sabton ko na lang na.

    Thank you Bro/Sis. Medyo bias jud ko sa CVG cz Ive harvested so much from what I planted. Right now, gross monthly naku kay close to 6 digits na and it doesnt stop for as long as I work and satisfy the company's expectations. Its a limitless opportunity here and its stability is a fact and undisputable. Again, going back...there is no worst call center, only worst employee.

    Sa asa man ni nga call center oi? Sa Labor Code dili man pwede na ireduce ang pay sa ingon ana na kalake.

    Naa man gyud policy nga di na maayu sa mga agents uy. For example kung ma late ang usa 30mins OT dayon, kung absent samot...

    Pero kining mga policy.ha di man ni mamugna kung PROFESSIONAL ang tanan sa ilang trabaho.. ang uban magpasakit.sakit bisag nag-inum.. awa nag med cert tag P100 na sauna libre ra..

    Kanang log-in 15 minutes, dapat man sad, naa bya ky tools na i-pull out?.. mangitah pa kag seat...pero kanag 15 minustes after log out di na pud na maayu, ky ang tendenct sudlan kag lain nga call , muabot nasad ug 30 minutes..

    Kung mag kuwang tas company , wy bonus, kung masubra tas serbisyo.. daghang salamat.
    Work ko sa eperformax for 2 years, sa pagsugod nako, nindot ang tanan.. perfomance base. kahagu =sweldo ug dako.. pero nagka dugay nagka wy lami.. 9.30 hours/per day.. 15 minutes before dapat naa naka sa office.. malate pa bitaw imung team mate another 30 minutes OT.. kung imung kwentahon 10 hours.15 mins / per day.. unya di nalang ka maligo? mag-andam sa kaugalingon..

    Ang akoang point, STRONG IMPLEMENTATION sa policy. Kung ny sigeg ka late, nganu eapil man nimus Juan nga sigeg sayu?.. taktakon ang agent nga naa ny HISTORY sa sched ad.. para si Juan di mawad-an ug gana..

    Awa ko, resign na.. nagtarong tah, apilon tas ka.hanggaw sa uban.. naa sad ning uban na officer PRO-CLIENT kaayu.. di gyud mutingog nga ang ilang agents wa na kauyon.. karon ang eperformax wa ny lami. pero in fairness sa una, nakatigum gyud tawn ko .. basta mu perform lang ka plus attendance bonus mga P6K.. ambot lang kaha karon..


    With PeopleSupport (karon Aegis PS) sauna ra kaayu,2007-2008, in fariness OK kaayu akong team, gamay lang gyud sweldo ang PeopleSuport, samot na siguro karon na Indian na ..

    Kamung wa kauyon diha, ayaw mu pag call center.. pero kung naa nad na gyud mu nga tag 8,9,10,11,12K ang inyu kinsena, wa muy laing padulngan.. let's face it..

    kung wa ko nag colcenter, di ko kalaag BAGUIO, PALAWAN, BOHOL, SG.. ug unsa pa na dha..

    Benefits? > ........Wla.
    Free amenities? > ..... Naay kape. Ug kana ra. ( Usahay magpalit ug toastbread ila katabang, hastang gahia, mabuak imu ngipon)
    Lastly, Team outing, > .....Yehey ,mao nani. sa silingan nga Karenderya, Ila pakyawon ila mga putahe ( bihon, giniling, dinuguan, etc..), then didto mangaon. Perfect!

    i guess tanan contact centers daghan man jud pros and cons. Depende ra sad sa experience sa tao maong makaingon siLa nga worst of all BPOs or what not..

    sa akong experience,wala koy maingon nga worst.. nalingaw man gud ko sa tanang call center nga akong nasudlan..
    best hinuon, i would say Convergys -- professional ang mga tao, maayo pagkadisiplina and dako ug sweldo.
