    you can say all u want about CVG but the fact is and stays that CVG is the BIGGEST and the BEST call center in the country. just take note of this. CVG never "EVER" lost an account, never got "BOUGHT OUT" or never "MERGED" with another company like "OTHERS" out there. di nalang ko magmention ug name daghan maigo diri. so you be the judge.

    my previous company handled my issues very well regarding that TIN
    sila gyud na pirme mag send email sa tanan na employees sa company na i-update ang form 1902 and 2305 and they even set the deadline

    mao to during that time na naglahi na ang process sa BIR na wala na single with dependent na status. single and married na lang

    if you did not do your part as an employee then of course wala man ka ma expect

    Ana man jud tingali na ang HR kay sila man ang ma but-han sa managment if naay issue sa tax remittance sa employees.

    Tingala lang ko ana ni Sir kay murag wa jud na address iyang issue. basin giloom rana niya sa iyang kaugalingon ang issue so mao nang way nahitabo.. heheh

    ako, nihawa ko ug PS coz ever since ngstart ko sa company ug take calls, murag kahilakon jud ko kada-adlaw. Naabtan nlng ko ug 2yrs, kahilakon ghapon ko. The thing is, it's hard to get a promotion sa peoplesupport, no matter how hard you try to be the best of your team. Kung naa man galing internal job posting, you need to be a degree holder. Unya, basin kalimot mo nga 2nd yr ra ang required nila sa mga dawaton nila nga agents? Sa ato pa, mg-callcenter nlng ta ani forever?

    Pg balhin nako CVG, ang maingon lang nako, inspired ko muwork everyday, and i don't plan on changing my employer bisan pag mg-offer sila ug higher pay.

    para nako kay 1 & 1... sobra ka bati labi na ang management ambot n lamang!!! d kahibawo mosabot pait, gi taktak lang ta tungod sa absent na reasonable kaau.. sayonan ka giingnan ko atong tumboyon nila nga Sup nga "asa'y importante? Life sa imong cousin or Work?" MY GOD wa xa nabuang?

    pastilan,tanan man siguro agents ni agi pagka newbie diba. sagdae lang gud nang uban nga mag english2x diha total mao man sad nature sa work....to speak english fluently
