Do sauna and steam bath really help in losing weight?

I dont think so...coz inside the sauna room, you need to drink a lot of liquid so that you wont be dehydrated...and beer is my fav partner inside..

depende rajud na sa imo activities ang pa loss ug weight. exercise a day is still the best to loose weight
