Default Start up call center company looking for 30 hardcore sales specialist

Calling out all Hardcore Phone Sales Specialists.

They are in need of 30 exceptional sales people to sell their products and services. This 30 sales people would be the pioneer of this call center and have a very big opportunity to grow as the call center expands.

    COMPENSATION

Base Pay + Commission + Bonus

10,000 base pay + CA (Canadian Dollar) $50 commission per sale + 10,000 bonus pay upon reaching the quota.

There is a 1 month screening to prove if you can really sell the products and services before you get the base + com + bonus status.

    Example Computation

During the screening process you will have to make 6 sales in 1 month; every sale is equivalent to CAD 100.

So if the CA $1 rate is 38 pesos, that means 1 sale equals 3,800 pesos. 6 sales equals to 22,800 pesos. If you can hit the 6 sales in 1 month, the following month you will be in the base + com + bonus status already.

After the screening, on your next month, on your base + com + bonus status, sample computation would be like this.

    Base pay: P10, 000
Quota per month: 15 sales (canadian and usa counterparts have 25 sales quota)
    Commission per sale: CAD 50
Bonus upon reaching quota P10, 000

    Say CA $1 rate is 38 pesos, and you hit the 15-sale quota every month, it would follow that your monthly pay would be computed as;

    P10, 000 base pay + (15 sales * 50 CAD * P3 + P10, 000 bonus pay = P48, 500

thanks for the info nice commission scheme how much is the POS by the way? .. i hope there is a part time job on this one in the future

actually there is a part-time and it is commission based. no base pay. and its CAD35 commission per sale. and the good thing about this is that you work from home.

Oh there is no price for the POS. actually if a merchant signs up, we give out the POS for free. there is a monthly rental of CAD35 every month for 5 years. after 5 years, no more monthly rentals.

You see, for most of the merchants in the US, Canada and Australia, they rent POS for life. Meaning as long as their business is up and running, they will have a monthly rental fee yes even for 100 years, they wont stop paying for the POS rental every month.

For us, to make it reasonable for the merchants, we will offer them a lease to own program. they just have to pay for the monthly fee for 5 years and after that, no more. they would own the POS terminal already.

As for me, on my screening, i was able to close 11 sales. Its not really a difficult sales job. you just have to tune up your pitch and you just have to be persuasive. you see, there is no price at all for our products and services. what we are selling is the idea that with us, they can save a substantial amount of money. the company earns from the recurrence of monthly rates. and i tried computing it for atleast a thousand businesses... the company actually earns a couple of millions every month on transaction rates. hence the big commission payout.

up up up and away. please continue sending your resumes if qualified. great opportunity to grow being a start up company. this is not typical outsourcing, you are actually a direct company employee payed just a little below your USA and Canada counterparts. there is no third party company like the traditional call center.
