    they're running the company like a zoo. not to discourage you, but most agents I know here in Wipro are dissatisfied with management. wa pakoy nadunggan nga agent nga naganahan sa ilang pamaagi. labi na if you're from big callcenters, ma-compare nimo.

    HI guys question naman about wipro specially BT
    nag try ako magbackread pero di po kasi ko nakakaintindi ng cebuano yata yun.
    maganda ba yung account?
    ilang calls per day on avarage?
    ano yung goal for aht?
    meron bang mga incentives?
    toxic ba?
    eh ang management ng wipro ok ba?
    how bout room for growth? do they promote agents or hire externally?

    bt ok ra... pero ang pag cascade sa mga process update's kay libog... ang uban l.o.b kay dile ma inform... maka cause og daghan na confusion og away sa mga agents

    akong calls per day below 15 per day

    personal aht 200 and below

    meron bang mga incentives?
    na.a pbpp, and weekly incentives like GC's and movie passes

    yeah, ok raman... na.ay indian ok ra.. na.a pud samok; pero dili man jud na malikayan ang mga power trippers

    and yung about toxic - stressful po ba or nakaka burnout yung work

    some lob's receive a highee volume of calls than other lob's if you're lucky you'll be assigned to an offline queue or back office queue, if not you'll be assigned to BT 156 which recieves around 70-80 calls per day.

    for cht, it's around 300-350 seconds

    and the workload is ok, at first of course it hard since we're dealing with dos based tools, but once you get the hang of it's all good.

    i see. If Im not mistaken and if you know about it, the new account in Quezon City site is BT right? I was actually hired by them to be a pioneer, I dont think I can handle 70-80calls/per day. hehe... thanks for the info
