ambot lang kaha karun nga naa nang bag.o nga AO. pero hinoon, wala may labot ang CP sa bag.o nga AO sa LTO. so, murag okay ra gyud cguro bro.

going to office near rman pd, mao jip lng sako.
ty sa info bro..
Your conduction permit is ok as long as it is not expired... if it has expired, driving an unregistered motor vehicle (motorcycle) - that's an impoundable offense.
If the conduction permit has expired, do not - I emphasize - DO NOT DRIVE A MOTORCYCLE WITH AN EXPIRED CONDUCTION PERMIT.
Since your motorcycle is brand new, your dealer should have your registration in about 2 weeks time... if not then they usually give the you a runaround - they do this a lot.
Here's what you do - if you haven't been late in all your payments (probably just the first) and its been over a month, the registration hasn't gone through yet, and your conduction permit has expired, ask them to renew it for you - as in they pay for the renewal of the conduction permit - if they won't, tell them you'll have to return the motorcycle and you want your money money back since you can't use it anyway.
You can actually do this since they'll just say the registration isn't done yet because of this and that, which might take them forever while you can't use your motorcycle.
Once your registration does get to you... put the plate number at the back - green lettering with white background 'yon. Be careful to have the right lettering on your plate number - if one if missing - that's also impoundable.
So summary - make a note about the date when your conduction permit expires, always carry your license with you, bring the OR (copy will do) too, other than that there should be no problem... oh don't forget the safety accessories (helmet, shoes, pants, etc.).
When you get to a checkpoint they WILL CHECK the date of your CP and OR - and don't be rattled if you get pulled over by a mobile patrol unit while running on the road, its routine to stop all motorcycles with a "for registration" plate. All they do is check the CP, OR and License - after that its all ok nah.
nicely said @saber.
- if your not sure... dont drive your mc on the road to be safe.
i tot ang conduction permit kay ang dealer mu lucat in my case ako ni bayad den ingon cla one week ra pwede magamit ang motor after that e parking sa while waiting sa Temporary permit it would take 2-3weeks pa daw mu gawas ang Temporary plate... i gues standby jud ang motor ana na time.. if ang LTO would give one week sa CP why not make it to 2-3weeks mao man kaha ni ila processing sa TP..nya P330.00 for one week mahal ra pud oi... and dapat sad cguro ang dealer sa motor ang mu shoulder ani Conduction permit not the buyer.. is kinda "UNFAIR"...
